Unlike conventional loss-of-resistance syringes, the EpiFaith^® Smart Syringe objectively detects the pressure change associated with entry into the epidural space and provides a clear visual indication to the clinician. The same design philosophy extends to EpiFaith^® CV, an innovative pressure-indicating device developed for central venous catheterisation.
